Dave has worked with many of the finest artists and groups in southeast Michigan, representing a very wide variety of musical genres. From high-energy R&B to private party pop to jump swing or rock, Dave keeps a solid and lively groove cooking throughout. He brings artistry and experience to your situation. It's all music, and he loves it, man!

A very good chart reader, Dave can jump into any situation on a moment's notice, or rehearse a longer-term project for show or studio. Regional travel is no problem, longer tours can be arranged.

Drumkit is Dave's main instrument, but recently he's been picking up chops as a timbalero. Dave can handle other Latin and African hand percussion as well. A short list of recent artists and groups includes jazz and R&B with vocalists Thornetta Davis and Rene'e Rice, guitarists Jim McCarty, Johnnie Bassett and Doug Deming, blues with the Rick Stel Project, swing with The MillionAires, big band with One Beat Back and the Tom Allport Band, country artist Hunter Brucks, and Latin jazz with LL7. Jazz trios with pianists Charles Bowles, Marc LoDuca, and Sven Anderson. Pop and private parties with the Royce Band, the Jerry Ross Band, and Higher Ground. Always on time, in line, dressed right, no fight!
